  Very bad customer sevice. The lady was upset when we entered at 4.15 and kept saying in front of other customers "I need to get out of here, I don't leave because people keep coming in" technically they close at 5pm and she had problems when we check in at 4.15pm there was hardly 1 person waiting. Either great clips should change their time to take last customer or they should train their staff to deal with customers nicely and in professional way.
