  I was there to cash a check and because my license have my two last name and the check had only one last name they did not cash my check, she say it have to be the same as my license ok I show them my pilot license my bank card that have only one last name like the check they still say no, waoo, now I have to wait until tusday for the check to clear in my account THANKS BANK OF AMERICA

  This BRANCH is a DISASTER..this clown mis ELIANA MURILLO HAS NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON. I have been dealing with her for 3 years im done.. Her great line is I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THAT. She has no knowledge of how fix a small problem...like get you a new bank card...or answer simple questions..like i asked how do i go about getting DIRECT DEPOSIT YOU GUESS IT I CANT HELP YOU TODAY. HER APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING so after 14 years at this bank i went straight to CAPITAL ONE.. AND YES THEY HAD ALL THE ANSWERS..SO I OPENED AN ACCOUNT THEY GOT ME READY FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT...IM VERY HAPPY HERE AT CAPITAL ONE BANK.. SO THANK YOU ELIANA MURILLO. FOR HELPNG ME MAKE A DECISION.
